The bed, the mattress and the slat rust has only been bought 2 years ago. Washing machine is also a dryer, completely new, as well as new suction and wiping robot, which is new, new kettle.

I create an intermediate rental contract with interest and receive in return bail and rent at the latest on receipt, cash or by transfer.

Die Wohnung ist nur für eine Person geeignet! Ich beantworte keine Anfragen von Paaren, für WGs, für Mutter+Kind etc. Und ich erwarte, dass ich die Wohnung so sauber zurückbekomme, wie ich sie hinterlassen werde.

Wunderschöne möblierte Wohnung, frisch sanierter Altbau, Südbalkon zum ruhigen Innenhof, großes Wohnzimmer, extra Küche und Schlafzimmer, Bad ohne Fenster aber mit Badewanne, auch zum Duschen geeignet.
Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer und Spülmaschine vorhanden. W-Lan inklusive.
Wohnung ist zentrumsnah aber sehr ruhig.

Das Bett, die Matratze und der Lattenrost ist erst vor 2 Jahren neu gekauft worden. Waschmaschine ist auch gleichzeitig ein Trockner, komplett neu, ebenso neuer Saug- und Wischroboter, welcher neu ist, neuer Wasserkocher.

Ich erstelle bei Interesse einen Zwischenmietvertrag und erhalte im Gegenzug Kaution und Miete spätestens bei Einzug, bar oder per Überweisung.
