Intermediate rent Old building apartment May/June-October free Zwischenmiete Altbau-Wohnung Mai/Juni-Oktober frei

Since I am not in Leipzig, I would like to rent my apartment.

It has 60sqm and is located in a quiet side street in Kleinzschocher/Grenze Plagwitz directly on the eagle.
Shops are right around the corner.

The apartment includes a garage that can be used on request for the period(but there is already a lot in it, so there is no room for a car but for boxes etc.).
Otherwise the apartment has 2 ovens: a pellet and a coal oven. I'm just talking about the pellet stove. Access and use to the pellets is clarified upon inspection.

In the apartment usually a dackelhündin-so not suitable for allergy sufferers. I don't want another dog or other animal to live in the apartment during my absence.
The house includes a quiet courtyard and an attic that can be used. The residents in the house are quiet and friendly.

My apartment is fully equipped: there is a washing machine and dishwasher.

A monthly rental deposit will be added to the costs. A sub-rental contract is created for the time.

Da ich Mai-Oktober (vielleicht auch November) nicht in Leipzig bin, möchte ich meine Wohnung untervermieten.

Sie hat 60qm und ist in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse in Kleinzschocher/Grenze Plagwitz direkt am Adler.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke.

Zur Wohnung gehört eine Garage, die auf Anfrage für den Zeitraum mitgenutzt werden kann(es befindet sich aber schon einiges darin, also kein Platz für ein Auto aber für Kisten usw ist Platz).
Ansonsten verfügt die Wohnung über 2 Öfen: ein Pellet- und ein Kohleofen. Ich heize nur über den Pelletofen. Der Zugang und die Nutzung zu der Pellets wird bei Besichtigung geklärt.

In der Wohnung wohnt normalerweise eine Dackelhündin-also nicht für Allergiker geeignet. Ich möchte aber auch nicht dass ein anderer Hund oder anderes Tier während meiner Abwesenheit in der Wohnung wohnt-sorry.
Zum Haus gehört ein ruhiger Innenhof und ein Dachboden, der genutzt werden kann. Die Anwohnendenn im Haus sind ruhig und freundlich.

Meine Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet: es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine.

Zu den Kosten kommt noch eine Monatsmiete Kaution dazu. Es wird ein Untermietvertrag für die Zeit erstellt.
