Touristisch attraktiv ist Heidelberg mit seiner Altstadt außerdem, wohingegen die Pfalz als Naherholungsgebiet mit renommierten Weingütern und leckeren Restaurantangeboten lockt.

Die Wohnung selbst liegt verkehrstechnisch günstig im Stadtteil West.
Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich die Haltestelle RohrlachStr., dieTeil des extrem gut ausgebauten rnv-Netzes ist. Der Bahnhof Ludwigshafen ist zu Fuß ca. 10min entfernt. Für den täglichen Einkauf gibt es in der Nähe alles, was man braucht, ein Penny ist im Nachbarhaus.
In den Quadraten von Mannheim ist man schnell – sogar mit dem Fahrrad.

But this corner also has a lot to offer in terms of high-class professional sport: Adler Mannheim (ice hockey), Neckarlöwen (handball), TSG Hoffenheim (football), etc. not only offer their fans entertaining spectacles.
For students, there is hardly a more attractive area; the medical profession flocks to Heidelberg and at the University of Ma, the business studies program is one of the best in the whole of Germany.
Heidelberg is also attractive for tourists with its old town, while the Palatinate is a recreational area with renowned wineries and delicious restaurants.

The flat itself is conveniently located in the district “West”.
The RohrlachStr. stop, which is part of the extremely well-developed rnv network, is right outside the front door. Ludwigshafen train station is about 10 minutes away on foot. For daily shopping there is everything you need nearby, a Penny is in the neighbouring house.
You can get to the squares of Mannheim quickly - even by bike.
