Ihr lieben Wohnungssuchenden, es wird eine tolle Wohnung frei!
Diese Wohnung ist den ganzen Tag super hell, ihr/ du habt/ hast einen tollen Blick über Lüneburg. In 5 Minuten Fußweg bist du am Lambertiplatz oder auch am Salü und Kurpark. Parkplätze gibt es rundherum genug. Die Wohning verfügt über einen Balkon zur Südseite und einen riesen trockenen Keller. Fahrradkeller ist nochmal separat für den Wohnblock.
Der Vermieter ist tadellos der Beste den ich je hatte.
Einziger Nachteil bzw. für manche auch ein Jackpot: die Wohnung geht mit einem großen schönen Pax Kleiderschrank weg. Der müsste übernommen werden für 520€. Neupreis war schön. 700€.
Schufa (request now) Auskunft und fester Arbeitsplatz sind Voraussetzung.
