Sehr schön geschnittene 2-Zimmer Wohnung mit grossem Balkon günstig unterzuvermieten. Die Wohnung ist super praktisch gelegen, nur 4 Gehminuten entfernt von der U-Bahn Haltestelle Milbertshofen (Linie U2)!
Die Wohnung wird vollmöbliert (s. Fotos) inkl. Küchenausstattung, Handtüchern und Bettwäsche vermietet.
Beide Zimmer haben sehr große Fenster und sind sehr hell und freundlich. Die gesamte Wohnung bekommt durch ihre Ecklage im Haus sehr viel Tageslicht.
Bad und Küche haben einen Warmwasserboiler.
In der Gesamtmiete von 1050€ sind sämtliche Nebenkosten sowie WLAN, Strom- und Heizkosten und GEZ inbegriffen.
Die Wohnung eignet sich am Besten für 1-2 Personen, eine WG wäre für mich aber auch ok.
Die Wohnung wurde bereits professionell gereinigt und ist ab sofort bezugsfertig.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass in der Küche regelmässig geraucht wurde, wenn Sie das stört, bitte nicht bewerben.
Die Besichtigung findet am Mittwoch 29.01, vormittags statt. Ein anderer Termin ist voraussichtlich nicht möglich.

The apartment is only 4 minutes away from the nearest underground station Milbertshofen (line 2).
The apartment is fully furnished (s. photos) incl. kitchenware, towels and bed linen.
Both rooms have huge windows which ensures a lot of daylight, the whole apartment is very bright.
The rent includes all bills including Wifi, electricity, heating etc.
Best suited for 1-2 people.
Please note that it has been smoked frequently in the kitchen. Please do not apply if this is an issue for you.
The apartment will be available for viewing on Wednesday, 29th of January in the morning. Another time-slot will most likely not be possible.
Please bring a copy of SCHUFA (request now) declaration and your last three payslips to the viewing.
