Ich suche ab sofort Nachmieter für meine 1 Zimmer Altbau Wohnung (Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad, Balkon + extra Abstellkammer Treppenhaus) in Offenbach Nähe Marktplatz.
Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne neu renovierte Altbauwohnung im 1. Stock mit einem großen Balkon und Whirlpool Badewanne.

Die Kaltmiete beträgt 780€. Der Mietvertrag hat eine mindest Dauer von 2. Jahren.
Ich ziehe aus, da ich mit meinem Freund zusammen ziehe.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, 6 min zu Fuß zu erreichen von der SBahn Station „Marktplatz“.
Die Küche ist von mir selbst gebaut, ich würde sie schweren Herzens da lassen falls erwünscht für einen Abschlag von 3000 Euro. (Ohne Kühlschrank)
Falls kein Interesse besteht kein Problem, dann nehme ich Sie wieder mit :)
