Ab dem 01.11.2020 wird meine schöne, helle Dachgeschosswohnung frei. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Wohnkomplex an der Hundsmühler Straße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Combi, dm) sind fußläufig erreichbar. In ein paar Gehminuten befindet man sich schon am Kanal und an der Hunte. Die Innenstadt ist ca. 2,5 km entfernt (15 Minuten mit dem Rad). Eine Bushaltestelle ist in direkter nähe.
Die Wohnung eignet sich aufgrund der Aufteilung eher weniger für Paare und nicht für Familien mit Kind. Im Haus findet sich eine gute Mischung aus Jung und Alt, das Verhältnis unter den Nachbarn ist sehr gut (insgesamt 9 Wohnungen in Haus). Zur Wohnung gehören ein Kellerraum und ein eigener Parkplatz.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, bevorzugt Nichtraucher. Ein Einkommensnachweis und ein Schufa (request now) Auszug sind erwünscht.
