Hallo,
mit Ende unseres Studiums müssen mein Mitbewohner und ich unsere traumhafte WG am Haidplatz auflösen. Unser Mietvertrag läuft bis 31. Juli, allerdings sind wir beide ab Ende Mai verreist und wollen daher die Wohnung in den Monaten Juni und Juli untervermieten.
DIe Wohnung ist für Paare zugeschnitten, aufgrund seiner Zimmeraufteilung aber auch gut als WG nutzbar. Sie beinhaltet zwei große, helle Zimmer (18 und 24 qm), einen großzügigen Flur (ca. 3 mal 5 Meter), den wir als Essbereich genutzt haben, sowie Küche und Bad.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sanierten Altbau mitten im Zentrum der Altstadt.
