Die 2-Zi-Wohnung ist im 3. Stock, hat einen großen Balkon mit Markise und ein Tageslichtbad. Im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer ist Laminat, im Flur Teppich, im Bad Fliesen und in der Küche PVC verlegt. Die Stromheizung ist relativ modern. Die Vormieter (2 Personen) hatten Kosten für Heiz- und allgemeinen Strom von ca.70-90€ zu zahlen. Keller und Dachbodenabteil vorhanden. Garage (für Kleinwagen) auf Wunsch zusätzlich mietbar. Nebenkosten-Abschlagserhöhung von 50 auf 60€, da ab 2012 Kehrwoche und Winterdienst inkl. sind.
Die Wohnung ist in Stgt-Mitte gelegen. Die U-Bahn-Station "Am Neckartor" ist in ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sowohl der Stadtpark als auch die Königstraße liegen in der näheren Umgebung.
