Die Wohnung befindet sich in der dritten Etage. Sie verfügt über zwei helle Zimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein etwas kleineres Schlafzimmer. Außerdem gibt es zwei Balkone (einer sehr groß, Zugang vom Wohnzimmer, Richtung Süd-West, und einer klein, Zugang von der Küche, Richtung Nord-Ost). Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Zur Verfügung steht außerdem ein Kellerraum.
Die Seestraße ist eine Einbahnstraße und dementsprechend ist es eher ruhig. In der Nähe befindet sich das Krankenhaus, außerdem gibt es einen Edeka mit Bäcker in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. In der Nähe sind die Bushaltestellen Herdweg und Lindenmuseum.
Ein Teil der Ausstattung wird an den Nachmieter gegen eine Abschlagszahlung von 500 € verkauft:
