Die Vermieterin würde gern eine/n alleinstehende (lieber) oder Pärchen (auch ok) als Nachmieter haben. Wichtig sind Zuverlässigkeit und der finanzielle Beweis. Die Mietdauer wird vorerst für zwei Jahre festgelegt. Bitte beachte, dass die komplette Ausstattung (Möbel, Küche, Fernsehen, Waschmaschine, u.v.a.) für 3000 Euro übernommen werden muss.

(EN) Since I am going to move to another country, I am looking for a reliable and trustworthy tenant for a very nice 3 room department in Stuttgart West. I will leave almost everything (complete furniture, lamps, tv, washing machine, kitchen etc) in the apartment.
The landlord would like to have either single (preferred) or a couple (also ok). The most important criteria are the reliability and the strong financial proof. The apartment has to be rented for at least two years. Please be aware: the complete furnishing (including furniture, kitchen, tv, washing machine etc.) has to be taken over with 3000 Euro.
You can send me a personal message with a short introduction if you feel that you fit those criteria. I will invite the suitable candidates to visit the apartment.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in dem beliebten Viertel Stuttgart West. Feuersee ist nur 10 Minuten zum Fuss zu erreichen. Die die U-Bahnhaltestelle Schloss-/Johannesstraße ist max. 4 Minuten entfernt, Bus/Nachtbus ist eben nur 3 Minuten zu erreichen.
Zentral trotzdem sehr ruhig. Innenstadt in 10-15min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
