Die 65m² Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer die Möbliert (Verhandlungsbasis) übernommen werden können.
Bad, Küche und beide Zimmer (16-20m²) haben Fenster. Die Einbauküche kann kostenlos übernommen werden.
Im Bad ist eine Badewanne mit Haltegriff und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden, die ebenfalls übernommen werden kann.
Die 690 EURO sind die WARMMIETE!
Zum 28.02.15 kann die Wohnung bezogen werden. Eine frühere Rückmeldung ist mir wichtig, da ich (WG Mitglied) auch schon früher aus meinem Zimmer ausziehen könnte.
Für die Wohnungsübernahme ist eine Schufa (request now) Auskunft und Bürge zu erbringen.
