Due to the fact I need to move out from Vienna, I am looking for a new tenant which will take over my apartment from 1st of August 2017.
The apartment is modern and peaceful with a living area of 50 m² (entrance corridor, bathroom, WC, living room with a kitchen, sleeping room). Located in a heart of Floridsdorf has a perfect public transport connections (2 min walk to Floridsdorf main station: S-Bahn, U-Bahn U6, Buses, Trams, Taxi).
Apartment is located on a 4th floor of a completely new building from 2016, orientated to the inside of the housing estate, which prevents from a street noise and dust.
