Das Haus liegt direkt am Lutherpark in absolut ruhiger Lage und dennoch zentral; 5 min ins Zentrum, 10 min mit dem Rad zur Uni. Es wurde 2007/2008 nach neuesten Vorgaben von außen komplett energetisch saniert (Außenwände und Dach). Der Garten kann bei Bedarf mitbenutzt werden; ein Fahrradkeller ist vorhanden; ebenso ein separater Kellerraum. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit Laminat ausgelegt und in wirklich gutem Zustand. Das Klima im Haus ist bunt gemischt von jung bis alt. Gute Erfahrungen mit Studenten!
