I am starting the academic year in October 2026 but I will arrive on september 29. I will be studying as an exchange student at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences in Dessau.

Since my stay is planned for the entire academic year, I am looking for long-term accommodation.
I would like to know if any of these apartments will be available.
I have never lived in Germany, so I don't have the SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) information or something similar, but I can send you the information about financial solvency of my parents.

I would like to ask a few brief questions about the furnishings and amenities:
* What furniture is already provided in the apartment?
* Which household appliances (e.g., washing machine, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher) are integrated into the apartment?

I would greatly appreciate a short reply and information.
