Hi, my name is Álvaro. I'm a Master's student in International Marketing & Sales, currently working at John Deere in Walldorf, which is why I'm looking for a place in Heidelberg.

I'm looking for an apartment available from June, with a maximum rent budget of €700 per month, all utilities included.

Good public transport connections to Walldorf are important to me, so I'll be relying on the S-Bahn or bus to get to work. Any apartment with a straightforward commute to there would be ideal.

I'm tidy, responsible, and respectful of neighbors. I'm used to living independently and won't cause any trouble. I can provide proof of income and, if needed, other documentation.

Moin, mein Name ist Álvaro. Ich bin Masterstudent im Bereich International Marketing & Sales und arbeite bei John Deere in Walldorf, weshalb ich eine Wohnung in Heidelberg suche.

Ich suche eine eigenständige Wohnung verfügbar ab Juni, mit einer Warmmiete von maximal 700 € pro Monat.

Eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr nach Walldorf ist mir wichtig, da ich täglich mit S-Bahn oder Bus zur Arbeit fahre. Wohnungen mit einer unkomplizierten Verbindung nach Walldorf wären ideal.

Ich bin ordentlich, zuverlässig und rücksichtsvoll gegenüber Nachbarn. Ich bin es gewohnt, eigenverantwortlich zu leben und werde keine Probleme verursachen. Auf Wunsch stelle ich gerne einen Einkommensnachweis oder weitere Unterlagen zur Verfügung.
