Usted corre al tranvía durante unos 10 minutos, o toma el autobús y está en sólo 15 minutos en la estación de Laim S-Bahn.

Y para compras de último minuto, hay un supermercado NORMA justo en la casa – ¡super práctico!

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage! Nur 7 Gehminuten bis zum Laimer Platz (U5 U-Bahn), wo du Supermärkte, Fitnessstudios, Restaurants, Ärztezentren und vieles mehr findest. Zur Tram läufst du etwa 10 Minuten, oder du nimmst den Bus und bist in nur 15 Minuten am S-Bahnhof Laim.

Und für die Last-Minute-Einkäufe gibt es direkt unten im Haus einen NORMA-Supermarkt – super praktisch!

Somos mucho más que un GT. Es importante para nosotros crear un sentido de armonía, comprensión y bondad. Nos gusta pasar tiempo entre nosotros (por ser cuando comemos juntos, durante actividades o enfriamiento con amigos) y también respetar la necesidad de privacidad, que es muy posible gracias al generoso apartamento.

Limpieza y orden en las áreas comunitarias también son importantes para nosotros. Para mantener esto sencillo, creamos un simple plan de limpieza.

Disfrutamos de pasar tiempo juntos (compartiendo comidas, actividades o saliendo con amigos) respetando la necesidad de privacidad de los demás, que es fácil gracias al amplio apartamento.

Limpieza y mantenimiento de las áreas comunes son tan importantes para nosotros. Para facilitar las cosas, coordinaremos un simple horario de limpieza!

Wir sind viel mehr als nur eine WG. Uns ist es wichtig, ein Gefühl von Harmonie, Verständnis und Freundlichkeit zu schaffen. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander (sei es beim gemeinsamen Essen, bei Aktivitäten oder beim Chillen mit Freunden) und respektieren dabei auch das Bedürfnis nach Privatsphäre, was dank der großzügigen Wohnung sehr gut möglich ist.

Sauberkeit und Ordnung in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen sind uns ebenfalls wichtig. Damit das unkompliziert bleibt, erstellen wir einen einfachen Putzplan.

We enjoy spending time together (sharing meals, activities, or hanging out with friends) while also respecting each other’s need for privacy, which is easy thanks to the spacious apartment.

Cleanliness and keeping the common areas tidy are also very important to us. To make things easier, we’ll coordinate a simple cleaning schedule!
