Mein Zimmer ist ca. 12 m2 groß, rechteckig geschnitten, mit einem großen Fenster, mit Stadtblick. Es ist sehr hell und freundlich. Angenehm ist, dass hier nachmittags und abends die Sonne rein scheint. Wer das jedoch nicht mag, hat die Möglichkeit die Fensterläden zuzumachen, um sich so in Dunkelheit zu hüllen. ;-). Ich habe mein Zimmer mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und fühle mich hier pudelwohl!!! Daher fällt es mir nicht ganz leicht, es zu verlassen und ich wünsche mir einen Zwischenmieter, dem es hier mindestens genauso gut gefallen wird wie mir. Auf den Fotos seht ihr meine Möbel, die ich im Zimmer lassen würde. Zudem noch ein Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl und ein wenig Deko. Den Kleiderschrank würde ich leer räumen und auch sonst die meisten Sachen in einen Umzugskarton packen und in die Ecke des Zimmers stellen.
The size of my room is 12m2, rectangularly shaped, with a large window overlooking the city. It is very bright and friendly. In the afternoon and in the evening the sun shines in, which is very pleasant. Those who do not like sunlight can just close the shutters in order to wrap themselves in darkness. ;-). I've set up my room with a lot of love and feel really at home here!!! Therefore, I find it not so easy to leave and I wish that the interim tenant, will enjoy it just as much as I did! In the photos you can see my furniture, which I would leave in the room. In addition, there will be a desk with chair and some decoration. I would empty out my wardrobe and otherwise pack most of my stuff in a moving box and put it in the corner of the room.
Die Lage der WG auf dem Österberg ist ideal: 5 min zu Füß zur Wilhelmstraße, 10 min bis zur UB, zur Neckarbrücke und in die Innenstadt, 15 min zum Bahnhof; verschiedene Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Rewe, Alnatura) befinden sich in der Nähe. Der Österberg bietet somit eine super Anbindung (zusätzlich Bushaltestelle in 2 min Entfernung) und trotzdem Ruhe. Auch Naturliebhaber und Treehugger werden durch das nicht weit entfernte Waldstück sowie den Berghang belohnt.
The location of the WG on the Österberg is ideal: 5 minutes by foot the Wilhelmstrasse, 10 min to UB (Central Library), the Neckar bridge and into the city center, 15 minutes to the train station; various shopping opportunities (Edeka, Rewe, Alnatura) are nearby. The Österberg, is very well connected (additional bus stop in 2 min distance), yet calm. Nature lovers and treehuggers are rewarded with the nearby forest and beautiful meadow on the slope of the hill.

Ich suche für ab dem Zeitraum vom 15.08./01.09 2015 - 15.01.2016 eine/n Nachmieter/in, da ich das schöne Tübingen für ein Auslandsemester in Schottland verlasse. Die Monatsmiete beträgt knappe 350€, was bei der Lage echt gut ist! 320€ Miete + ca.13€ Strom + 7,50€ Internet & Festnetz Flat + 10 € Pauschale für die Möbelnutzung.
Ich wohne in einer sehr netten 4er-WG. Wir sind momentan 2 Frauen, 2 Männer, im Alter zw. 22 und 28. Wir sind keine reine Zweck-WG, sondern haben ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis zu einander, unternehmen gerne etwas zusammen, kochen oder feiern, lassen uns gegenseitig aber trotzdem noch genügend Freiräume. Da ich nun unser Kollektiv für ein paar Monate verlassen werde, suche ich nach einem geeigneten Zwischenmieter/in für mich. Du müsstest aufgeschlossen, kommunikativ und etwas flexibel sein. Eine positive Lebenseinstellung würden wir auch begrüßen. Zudem ist uns die Sauerkeit der WG sehr wichtig und wir führen einen wöchentlichen Putzplan.
Unsere WG ist ca. 120 m2 groß, sehr hell und freundlich. Wir teilen uns eine geräumige Wohnküche mit 2 Kühlschränken, E-Herd, Backofen, Miniofen und einer großen gemütlichen Sitzecke. Des Weiteren stehen uns ein Klo mit Waschbecken und Toilette im vorderen Teil der WG, sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne und Duschvorrichtung sowie 2 Waschbecken im hinteren Bereich zur Verfügung. Im Haus gibt es 4 WGs, eine auf jeder Etage. Unsere Hausmitbewohner sind alle sehr nett, rücksichtsvoll und für so manchen Spaß zu haben, wie unsere jährliche Hausparty. Wir besitzen einen schönen Garten mit Kirschbaum, Himbeersträuchern Liegewiese und Terrasse, auf der es sich im Sommer ganz hervorragend frühstücken oder auch grillen lässt! :-)
Bei Interesse, wäre es schön, wenn ihr euch in einer kurzen Mail vorstellen könntet, in der ihr auch den möglichen Einzugstermin nennt. Danach könnten wir dann einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen.

I live in a very nice 4person-WG. We are currently 2 women, 2 men, aged betw. 22 and 28. We are not a purely functional-WG, but have a friendly relationship with each other, like to do things together, cook or party. Nevertheless we leave each other free space and respect privacy. Since I will leave our collective for a few months, I am looking for a suitable interim tenant. You should be open-minded, communicative and somewhat flexible. We would also welcome a positive attitude. In addition, cleanliness of the WG is very important and we have a weekly cleaning schedule.
Our WG is approximately 120 m2 in size, very bright and friendly. We share a spacious kitchen with 2 refrigerators, electric stove, oven, mini-oven and a large comfortable seating area. Furthermore, we have a toilet with sink in the front part of the WG, as well as a bathroom with bathtube with shower-function and 2 sinks in the rear area. The house has 4 shared flats, one on each floor. Our house roommates are all very nice, considerate and we have a lot of fun together, e.g. at our annual house party. We have a beautiful garden with a cherrytree, raspberry bushes a nice lawn and terrace, which is perfect for breakfast BBQ in summer! :-)
