3 store apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 2 bathtubs, an equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, bimby, induction stove and other amenities.
At the third floor, there's a small laundry space with a washing machine and a spacious gallery studio where you can do bodywork, meditation or other activities alike.
All walls contain pink quartz powder to protect you during your sleep. All floors are heated through floor heating so in the winter you can basically go barefoot on the parquet.
The building has also access to a sauna on the rooftop.
Your room is in the 2nd-floor room which is fully furnished with a desk, a very comfortable double bed and a closet for your clothes.
The other folks living there are all nice happy creatures working in the field of process work, facilitation, coding, choreography, dance and music with a variety of interests from magic, technology, to zero waste / zero packaging praxis, bodywork etc. We party mostly outside the house.
If you smoke you can do it on the balcony or in the garden.
We have a projector and a music station with a midi keyboard, some microphones and amplifiers.
We speak English, German, Italian, Spanish we're age from 28 to 42 years but all very young soul inside * _ *
Price is 650 euro pm + ~ 50 euro expenses
You're welcome in this creative experimental space as currently re-creating our living dimensions, we temporary (due to traveling) open this opportunity for adventurous magic beings to rent a space momentarily and see if there's a fit.

Prenzlauer Allee S Bahn is 3 min walking distance from this piece of paradise where an astonishing silence will surround you when birds are not singing and children are not playing in the garden.
We all in different phases of our life, mostly researching studying and working while taking care of our selves. We wake up roughly at 7 - 8.30 depending on the day/activities and we're free at 18 during day weeks. Sometimes we cook together sometimes not, the food we get it separated mostly.
Every week we have a person that cleans the bathroom, floor and other common spaces ~ to which we spend 20 euro per week (5 euro per person per week). The kitchen and our room we keep it clean ourselves.
