my name is Barbara and I want to rent my room as a sublet in a shared flat located in Friedrichshain, perfect for someone working nearby. The room is available from 01.12 to 31.03 with a possibility of extension, although this is not yet certain. The lease is for a fixed term of at least 4 months.
The flat is shared with two other flatmates: Ron, 33 years old, the owner of the apartment, who works from home, and Damiano, 31 years old, from Italy. Both traveling and working - so not always at home, but when they are at home, they are very open to communicate and have a snack or wine together. :))
The apartment offers a very calm atmosphere, making it ideal for someone looking for a peaceful place to live.
Inside the rooms we appreciate if you are not smoking, but the BOXI and very interesting party locations are nearby.
The monthly rent is €590. The deposit of €300 is required & to be payed before entering in December.
