Hi everyone,
I am leaving my very nice room at the end of this month to move in with some friends.
We can arrange to move in few days earlier if you want to. The minimum time of stay is 6 month.
The room is rented unfurnished except a nice professionally modified Ikea bed (no mattress) that should be taken over for 70 Euros.
The rest of the flat however, which is a nice altbau, is completely furnished with everything you might need. It has floorboards and a very high ceiling.
It is situated in a less busy street in the heart of lively Friedrichshain. Less than 10 minutes walk to Sbahn and Ubahn Warschauer str. As well as to Frankfurter Tor and several bus stops nearby. You can find absolutely eveything you might need nearby and as a plus Berghain is not more than a few minutes walking away either. ;)
The flat consists of a total of 3 big rooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a big kitchen with a nice balcony facing a tiny park where you can hangout and enjoy the perfect weather, your breakfast or your drinks.
You will be sharing the flat with 2 easy going and chilled guys in their 30's who work full-time but also love music and having fun. There is also a very cute cat who needs lots of attention and love.
Smoking is allowed everywhere in the flat and you should be ok with it.
