Hello,
I'm leaving this flat and looking for someone to take over my room on 1 June. Registration/Anmeldung is possible.
Men are preferred but women can also apply. The room is facing east and is about 18m2 with a large wooden high bed (hochbett) so the space is quite big. The language of the flat is English and there is currently one 24 year old male from Ireland and another to be decided.
The building is old, an Altbau with high ceilings and wooden floor. It's a very free flat so you can smoke anywhere and live your life without much interference. It's more of a Zweck wg. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom. The flat is walking distance from Ostkreuz with a Lidl and Netto a few minutes away.
You must have a job and be able to provide ID and a work contract showing that you can afford the rent. The deposit is 500€. You'll get a one year contract that can be renewed. I'm looking to find someone asap so tell me a bit about yourself and what you do and you can view the place. We’re not too picky so the fist people will be invited quickly. Due to the pandemic, please bring a face mask to the viewing :)
