My name is Méli and I am leaving my flatshare in Frederischain/Mitte. I am looking for someone (a woman) to take over on the 1st of March.The bedroom has a good size, lot of light, and fully furnished. I don’t remember the exact size, I’ll tell you later. The rent is 550€ including everything
There is no living room. The kitchen is small but really nice and furnished. The bathroom has a lot of light and is rather simple. There is a cave in the building, and several bikes racks in front of the building
The building was renovated with brand new elevator. The flat is in very good condition.
Anmeldung possible. Internet connection is good, but it’s not like the best and latest technology. Fine for working at home though (depending on your job)
You need to be available for viewings on the 17th of February or on the 18th in the early morning, as I have a very busy schedule since I am moving soon. We don’t speak German. Please send me a message introducing yourself
The flat is very well located near Volkspark, tram, and U5. Close to Boxhagener Platz and Alexander Platz.
Very nice neighbourhood with several edeka, and a LIDL right in our street.
Augustin will be your flatmate. He is French, he is calm and discreet. He works in marketing and likes running, basketball and photography.
The WG is really chill and friendly, Augustin is very indépendant but it’s nice to hang out sometimes
