Hi,
I am looking for a person to sublet my room in a shared apartment from march 1st until July 1st (schlafzimmer 1 in the drawing). The room is big and faces the indoor path of the building, making it very quiet.
It is a 3 bedroom apartment with a big kitchen and a big living room. The place is fully furnished.
The flat is located in the vibrant neighborhood of Friedrichshain, close to the east side gallery and Warschauerstrasse (10min walk to the ubahn/sbahn). It's also close to boxi, where you can find several restaurants and cafes options.
An extension is possible if the person is willing to transfer the contract of the whole flat to her/his name. With the contract transfer anmendulg is also possible. In this case, the minimum contract duration is 6 months.
The other flatmates are very nice and friendly. One is German and the other British. they're both 30 years old and currently work full time in berlin. The both plan to move out soon, so this could be the perfect opportunity to start your own WG at one of the best parts of berlin! We had an great time here and are sure you will have the same :)
