Do you want to live in a big city but also kinda not?
Well well search no longer because we have the village / suburb / urban farm / garden / *insert cool adjective here* experience you are looking for!
Perfect for quarantining and lockdowns necessary for any small to large sized catastrophes and other current events!
The room is 12m2 and on the first floor in a terraced house. It has a bathroom on the same floor shared with one other person. The whole ground floor is an open kitchen & living area with a wide window front to the garden and the top floor comes with two balconies all of which can be used by everyone. The first floor also has a small guest room and overall there's plenty of room for storage and hanging out.
The furniture you can see in the pictures was mostly left by previous house mates so feel free to use it or if you bring your own we'll figure out somewhere else to put it so no worries.

There's two main tram lines into the city (20-25 min to Alexanderplatz) , the M5 (~1-2 min by foot) and the M6 (~ 6-7 min by foot). Apart from those the 12, 16, M4 and M13 all also stop nearby.
For day to day shopping there's REWE, Lidl, DM, Netto, a Pharmacy and the Allee-Center shopping mall easily to reach by foot or bike.
We're also basically next door to the Sportforum (big sports complex with lots of stuff). There's also a lot of really nice parks around like the Volkspark Prenzlauer Berg.

We're a german dude who's studying computer science and working hard on turning his part of the house to be indistinguishable from a rain forest and a hungarian girl who studied biology and is currently doing a traineeship here in Berlin with a passion for plants, wildlife and herpetology", working hard on junglefying the rest of the home.
We moved here last autumn so the house&garden is still a ittle bit of a work in progress (but there is a hammock now what else do you need)
We have three dogs in total so it'd be good if you already have prior experience in living with a dog so you can expect what it's like when there's three of them. Don't worry though they're well behaved, mostly nap and are always avaliable for cuddling.
Definitely less party people and more hanging out every now and then with a beer or cooking together, that sort of stuff. We like to have things tidy but not like super tidy. Like a reasonable amount of tidy. Anyway
If you think all that doesn't sound too terrible and you would like to become our new house mate we'd love to hear a little bit about yourself. Who are you? What are you doing in Berlin? How do you like to live in a flat share, what's important to you in living together and so on.
If you plan on bringing pets we'll need to see what fits. Generally reptiles & fish and any other small critters should be fine, however with three dogs already in the home other dogs or cats will not be possible.
We'd love to hear from you, Elias & Lilla
