Hi there! I'm renting a room in my cosy and sunny 73 sqm flat in the heart of Neukolln for the month of May. I’ll be away at least one week of the month. Anmeldung NOT possible - only for a month (with a possible bit of flexibility.) Your pet is also more than welcome!
My girlfriend won't be in Berlin during May, so I'm looking to split the rent with someone easy-going and responsible while she is away. I'm a British journalist, who works from home, but also has an office in Berlin that I can go to. I'm 31, like to cook, and am pretty tidy and easy to get on with.
The living room/bedroom is very cosy and really large, with a small french balcony, sofa-bed, tv and a big table where we usually work from. The bed there is a sofa bed but it’s king size and I prefer it to the bed in the bedroom. I’ll be in the bedroom because it will be easier to come and go, and so you have more space. The flat was recently fully renovated, so the kitchen is brand new and has everything you might need to cook, from pressure cooker to pasta maker – including a dishwasher and gas stove. Washer/dryer in bathroom. It's on the 4th floor (no elevator), south facing and with high ceilings, so when we say 'sunny' we really mean it!
We're 5min to Tempelhofer Feld and there are tons of cafes, bars, clubs and restaurants just around the corner. 2 min to U8 Leinestraße, 3min to U8 Boddinstr, 10min to Hasenheide park. You can reach anywhere in Berlin in ~30min max.
