The offered room as you can see in the photos, it has 14 squared meters in size. The whole flat was recently renovated (2 years ago) and all the furniture in the flat was recently bought. We are renting the room for a period of 6 months, with the possibility of extending the contract. The room has great lighting, the windows are quite big, but are double glassed isolating the cold and the noise from outside. The room has its own heating which will be helpful during the winter. The restroom is spacious and has a bathtub. The kitchen is not big but it is equipped with all the necessary utensils. The other room has a balcony and can of course be used by you. If you are smoker, please restrain from smoking in the bedroom. The environment in the building is very friendly, our neighbours are good friends of ours and we take each other into consideration, therefore, this is not the best place to make big parties, since we all work during the week. But of course we are always up to having a beer or dinner together.
The apartment is in the heart of Neukölln, next to the Schiller Kiez, Tempelhofer Feld and Hasenheide Park. Therefore, you can be sure it's in the nice and quiet part of Neukölln. The Ubahn station (U8- Boddinstr.) is only 2-3 minutes away on foot, and the bus stop (104 and 166) are just across the street. Nearby supermarkets like Edeka, Netto and Penny are 3 minutes away, and Kaufland and Rewe are 10 away. The neighbourhood is full of nice bars and restaurants to enjoy. If you have a bike there are many nice places in the area to ride and explore, and of course, we have space in the backyard to keep it safe.
You will share the flat with Andres, a very good long time friend of mine. He usually works at his office from 9-18h, but is currently working from home. He is a relaxed and nice person, with whom you will surely get along with. He prefers to share the flat with someone that will take the time to hangout in the neighbourhood, have dinner or even just a beer. He is very respectful and open-minded. We have worked a lot in making a nice home, so we hope that you will contribute by maintaining it clean and handling it with care
