We, Farida & Yasmine (27) are looking for a roommate to share our cozy home with starting August <3
Preference: female, clean, artist/artistic, creative, open & loving!
The apartment is located in Friedenau (between Schöneberg and Steglitz) and is very well connected to public transportation (U9, S1 and several buses). It’s also 1 station away from the Ringbahn station Bundesplatz. Overall the area is very calm and homey, full of greens and peaceful energy. We have all kinds of stores, supermarkets and cute cafes around within walking distance. Our place is in an Altbau building with a huge living room, a laundry room with a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher etc.
The room is 16m2 (13m2 the room itself and 3m2 the balcony), unfurnished for you to get creative and facing the garden inside the building, it also comes with a small balcony for you to enjoy the sound of the birds and the summer breeze☺️
Rent is 525 euros including utilities and everything. + Anmeldung

Me, Farida, I’m a film music composer, pianist, & producer for a living. Language & culture freak - I speak German, English, Arabic, Spanish & some French and Italian. My passions revolve around art, films, nature, ecstatic dance, poetry & writings, bike tours, hiking, music sessions, yin yoga, slow travel & camping. I love colours and details, old furniture, oriental treasures, decorating & personalizing our space - creativity is my strongest impulse. I flow to the Flohmarkt, I bike to the Tempelhofer Feld - Wherever the sun shines or the moon rises- I encourage wg evenings together every now and then & sharing common things like in a community lifestyle. Need time to recharge and spend time alone. I appreciate cozy evenings indoors, conversations, podcasts, some wine. I love colorful and fresh vegetarian food & improvising new recipes. Perks of living with me is free access to the Shakshuka alla Farida and theee best Hummus ever ;)
