hey people,
I go away to visit my family on the 17.3.2021 and would be happy to sublet my room in a beautiful 3 rooms flat in Schöneberg. It's fully furnished, gets lots of light, and very comfy :)
At this time there would be another lovely Columbian woman staying in another room in the flat. Besides, there's a big kitchen (fully equipped), a big working area you could use, and 2 Bathrooms: one for her and one for you!
there's also a small balcony!
I'm planning on returning to Berlin around the 24th of April, but I still haven't booked the return flight, so the dates are a bit flexibel. If you need the room for a shorter period that might also be possible, and we'll adjust the price depending on the time you'll spend here.
I wish to find someone responsible who will take care of this great flat as if it was his/hers.

next to U bayrischer Platz, very quiet and beautiful area! lots of great restaurants, coffees, supermarkets, etc.
Good connections with the U7, U4, and the ring (Innsbrucker Platz) is not far away. You have a nice park around the corner.
Very easy going :) The flat is big and comfy and has always lots of sun and light! Feel at home :)
