A lovely, light room in Wedding is available for sublet for 3 months from the 15th of August.
The room costs 455 €/month, including all bills. The deposit is 500 €.
The room is available until the end of November 2020, with the possibility to extend this further. Anmeldung is not possible.
Your room is 20 square metres, sunny, and south-facing. It's furnished with a bed, little table & a carpet – all other items visible in the pictures will be gone.
The rest of the apartment is fully furnished: a kitchen with a shared south-facing balcony, a bathroom with shower + bath, and a small spare room for guests and storage.
*Lage*
The apartment building is around the corner from the Panke, a 13-minute walk from Osloer Straße U (U8 + U9), and a 10-minute walk to the 12, 50, and M13 trams.
The Panke is great for cycling/picnicking. Örnek – Wedding's most famous lahmacun joint – is 15 minutes away. It's a quiet, leafy neighbourhood – so if you want the bars and parties of Friedrichshain and NK, then you'll need to hop on your bike, a train, or a tram :)
The closest supermarkets are Penny and Lidl, just across the river on Prinzenallee. Penny is a 7-minute walk away and Lidl is a 13-minute walk.

We are a 2-person WG, and you'll be living with me – I'm Hannah, i’m working as a nurse. My native language is german, but english is also nice.
I like to meet my friends and to see them most of the time, cooking + sharing tasty food, drinking something on the balcony, and also i like to do some more stuff and a bit of party but this is not always so easy with this job.
We're looking for someone kind, reliable, and WG-friendly to take over the room for a few months (or longer). - just send me a message if you’re interested and i’ll try to reply asap
