Good morning, you now have the chance to move into a cosy room that is easy to furnish. The bed and the cupboard-like appliance (including the drawer cabinet) remain in the room, because they belong to the landlord. You can replace both, but when you move out there must be something that can function as a wardrobe and a bed with a mattress in the room. You can buy the table you can see from me for 15 euros, everything else I'll take with me.
Was könnte man noch brauchen?

The flat is located in the heart of Wedding. In 20 min. by bike you can be at the Alex or also in Mitte, even faster in Moabit.
Within a 10-minute walk you will find some nice bars and cafes, including Kiki Sol, where there are jam sessions every Friday. In just as short a time, you can be in different parks.
Less than five minutes from the flat is an abundance of late-night and Arabic shops with excellent hummus and pita bread, as well as supermarkets like a Netto.
What else could you need?
A market? There is also one several times a week on Leopoldplatz within 5 minutes walking distance, and every Saturday there is a colourful antique flea market.

Since I will be moving out, here is a short introduction to your future flatmate Sam:
I'm Sam and 26 years old. I've been studying for my Master's degree in Education at the FU since October. In my free time I like to do sports, play and watch football, go swimming, meet up with friends or my family, read, watch films and paint from time to time. I'm very interested in politics and it would be great if we could manage to go to demos or events together (only if it's convenient, of course). On weekends I like to go out with people in bars and pubs, but also occasionally in Dresden, where I have lived and worked for the last two years. Otherwise, I like to drink coffee and use that for kitchen conversations about politics or whatever else is going on.
Important for you: From the end of August until January, I'll be in Finland for Erasmus. So you should know that you will be living with someone else for half a year. However, we can choose the person together so that it also suits you :)
When living together, it is important to me that you pay attention to cleanliness. Regular cleaning is indispensable. I also find it important to pay attention to the noise level, as our flat is very bright. That's especially important at night! Apart from that, I think it's always nice to do things together, but also to give each other space and time for themselves. :) Visits are no problem, but should be announced in advance so that the other person knows about them.
Open communication is also something that worked great for Ania and me and is very important to me for a new constellation. Openness in general should be a matter of course :)
So if you pay attention to cleanliness and volume and can communicate openly, then I look forward to getting to know you! :)
Sonstige Kosten:
Nachteile an der Wohnung sind;

Other costs:
Redemption agreement:
The 85 euros are made up as follows. In the hallway, I will leave a sofa, a shoe cupboard and a small storage cupboard behind, the redemption for these is 50 Euros. If you don't like the furniture, you should be able to sell it for the same price.
Also, Sam and I just ordered new internet, the initial one-time cost was 40 euros, so your half will be 20 euros.
The remaining 15 euros is for the table in my room, but you should also get it sold for the same price.
Additional costs:
The 22 euros are for the internet. Since the contract is currently in my name, you will have to take it over. The contract can be cancelled monthly, which means that you and Sam can sign another internet contract (there are cheaper ones). We only chose this one because I'm moving out and it's the easiest to transfer to the next person.
All other utilities (water, electricity, etc.) are included in the rent for the room.
As I'm moving out from the 20th of May, you're already the new tenant for the last third of the month. Tht means that you'll have to tranfer a third of the rent as well as a third of the Internet costs, which makes a total of 160 Euros, to me.
Disadvantages of the flat are;
- There were mice, the problem seems to be fixed, but you never know.
-In winter some corners of the outside wall in the bathroom get mouldy, with good ventilation and mould remover this can always be removed, but it is not for allergy sufferers.
- There is no washing machine, but there are launderettes 12 minutes away. Of course, you can buy a washing machine, but every resident has done this before and it never happened.
- The walls are very thin and the flat is very noisy.
In your application, write the code sentence: "Down with neoliberalism!" So that we know you've read the whole ad, all applications that don't have the phrase will be ignored.
If we don't write you back within 14 days after the ad has gone online, you can assume that you won't get the room. In Berlin we get about 200 requests per day, we can't answer all of them. So let the games begin! No, seriously, good luck, if it's not this room you'll definitely find another one :) I also managed it
