Hello everybody,
I am Gizem, a choreographer, dancer and an academic from Istanbul, living in Berlin. I am looking for a non-smoking, trustworthy, compassionate and responsible person to take my room (22 m2, Wedding) from November extending to June (with a trial period for three month). The warm rent is 525 euros, caution is 500 euros.
You will be living with a very lovely, queer dance artist friend of mine, who loves dancing, cooking, imagining.
My room has a double bed, hanger, shelves; a coffee/chess table and a comfy chair. (From the picture, the desk and the couch is not present any more.) The flat has 2 big rooms (for each person, unfortunately no extra common room), a mid-size kitchen and a small bathroom. It’s on the 4th floor of Quergebäude so you will be facing a noise-free, calm yard and a beautiful big tree.
Anmeldung is not possible unfortunately. The location is super close to U-Leopoldplatz (U6 and U9) close to Müllerstraße for shopping (with Turkish, Asian markets and REWE, Penny, Rossman, DM), Tram connections on Seestraße, the huge beautiful Schillerpark and the S-Ring Wedding (10 mins by foot).
Visit is possible.
