Lage
Sie ist direkt im Herzen von Ottensen situiert, nah an etlichen Bars und Restaurants und in 12 Gehminuten ist man trotzdem am Elbstrand. Manchmal hört man die schiffe ganz charmant hupen und kann auf dem grünen Balkon den Vögeln zuhören. Der Bus fährt direkt for der Tür ab um dich in 5 minuten nach Altona zu bringen

Sometimes you can hear the charming honking of passing ships and you can enjoy the singing birds when sitting on the balcony. The bus is in front of the building and brings you to Altona in 5 minutes.

Ich kann meine 3er-WG übernehmen, da meine Mitbewohner "sesshaft werden".
Das schreit nach viel frischem Wind und viel Platz für Veränderung (viele Möbel gehen).

Bevor zu weiterliest möchte ich erwähnen, dass ein Labrador mit zum "Inventar" gehört.
Er wird dir sicher schnell das Herz brechen, aber Allergiker oder Menschen die Hunde nicht so sehr schätzen sollten besser weiterschauen.

Die WG-Konstellation ist für mich das mit Abstand wichtigste und liegt mir am Herzen.
Ich wohne gerne mit anderen zusammen und da sollten wir ähnlich gepolt sein.
Besonders mit den großen Gemeinschaftsbereichen, das soll sich entspannt anfühlen.

Freue mich, wenn die Chemie stimmt und dann nichts gegen einen freundschaftlichen Draht zu meinen Mitbewohnern. Alles natürlich nach dem Motto: alles kann nix muss.
Ansonsten sind mir offene Kommunikation, Rücksichtsnahme auf Bedürfnisse der Anderen und Sauberkeit in den Gemeinschaftsräumen wichtig.

Bisschen was zu mir:
Ich bin Janine, 33, recht naturverbunden, sportbegeistert. und dreisprachig.
Wann immer ich kann bin ich am backpacken (war am längsten in Asien) oder auf Roadtrips, entdecke gern mir unbekanntes und bin definitiv eher der aufgeschlossene Typ. Bin eher ein aktiver Mensch mit vielen bunten und mir ist selten langweilig. Da kommt mir die Wohnung die umgestaltet werden will ganz gelegen ;)
Spiele ansonsten gern Gitarre, koche mit Leidenschaft, bin gern in guter Gesellschaft und auch genauso gern allein :)
Ich bin mehr so sehr am feiern- die Zeiten sind vorbei, gehe eher gern mal in Bars.
Außerhalb von der Kurzarbeit arbeite ich im Projektmanagement und bin ansonsten passionierte Yogalehrerin.

Und zu Nicolas, unserem neuen Mitbewohner ab 1.10.:
I am Nicolas, 28, and I come from Nantes, France. I moved to Hamburg as I just started to work as a researcher at the university.
I am an easy-going and open-minded guy who likes to balance between spending time in lively places (bars, theaters...) and enjoying calm and natural environments. At home, I like to spend time cooking, chatting, sharing moments in the kitchen or living room around a drink or board games.
I am very curious about music, have very eclectic tastes, and really enjoy going to concerts.
During weekends, I might be down for outdoor and physical activities (bouldering, mountain biking…), and I plan to spend time discovering the Elbe riversides :)
Unlike Janine, I am not trilingual, but I intend to be in the future :)

Hi :)

I can take over my flatshare, as my roommates move in with their partners.
That creates a lot of space for change – as a lot of furniture is leaving with my roommates.

Before you continue reading, I need to say that my labrador i spart of the „inventory“.
He will break your heart in a second, but he makes this flatshare not the best option for people with allergies or those who feel bothered by dogs.

The flatshare constellation is by far the most important.
You should have chosen and like to live with other people, as I do.
Especially as the common areas are very spacios. That should feel relaxed for each of us, to hang out there :)

I am happy if the chemnistry is right and i am open to have a friendly creation to my roomies.
But everything should be natural and nothing forceful.
Beside of that, open communication, respect for the other roommates needs and cleanliness in the common areas are important to me.

Something about me:
I am Janine, 33, spend much time in nature, love sports and I am trilingual. I travelled quite a lot as backpacker or on roadtrips and like to explore the unknown. Definitely more the open-minded kind of being. Quite active and because of my colorful ideas, I seldomly feel bored. This flat offers a lot of space for imagination and projects, for instance.
I enjoy playing guitar, love cooking, boardgames, good company and as well spending time on my own :)
I am not so much a party person any more. Prefere occasionally hang out in bars.
Beside of corona, I work in project management and I am a semi active Yogateacher.
