A peaceful nest with lots of green around

Ideal for someone who wants to hit the ground running free of any hassle
— all amenities, furniture, high speed internet etc. already in place.

We have had quite a few international tenants in the past from countries as far away as the US, India, Malaysia and Japan (and Tunisia, Finland, Italy...) and they all seemed to like it a lot.

The apartment has two rooms, one larger, one smaller, a spacious kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower cubicle. Both kitchen and bathroom were renovated recently.

The kitchen includes a microwave, stove, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and a seating area.
Both rooms currently have a bed, a desk and a cupboard; the furniture can be rearranged/removed as you require. Each room has a large window, wall to wall carpet and central heating. Despite the souterrain level, ample light comes through the large windows. The ceilings have the standard height of approx. 2.3m.

There is an outdoor seating area and a small garden just for you and your flatmate. You will have your own entrance from the street for added privacy.

VDSL high speed internet is already installed with the latest WiFI standard (Wi-Fi 6: up to 1.800 MBit/s) in place.

So to sum it up, you will have A PEACEFUL PLACE to escape the city noise near vast woodlands with
- A large kitchen for use just by you and your flatmate
- Bathroom with separate shower
- Little garden (in summer it is like a dream)
- Separate entrance from the street
- Excellent connections on the city transit network

The apartment is located in Marienwerder, one of Hannover’s leafy residential suburbs. There is a beautiful bike path along the river that takes you right to the city centre. Excellent access by public transport (Wissenschaftspark Marienwerder is the local transport hub with many bus lines and an U-Bahn to the city centre every few minutes). There are a few restaurants and shops close by as well as an expansive and quite beautiful forest. The postal code is 30419 Hannover.

Your flatmate is an affable and easy-going student at Studienkolleg of Leibniz University who speaks German and English.
