After a year of internship in Germany, Esther is returning to Spain. That’s why we are looking for a new flatmate :)
The room is spacious and equipped with some furniture. It has a bed, a sofa, two nightstands and a chair. Due to the two large windows, you'll have enough light at any time of the day. The flat is located on the 5th floor of an apartment building in good condition (lift available). Cellar and underground parking are also available (shared between all flat mates). The bathroom and kitchen are also equipped with all the necessities, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The furniture as shown in the picture is not included, (but there’s a bed, a desk, a chair, a sofa and a simple wardrobe available for you).
The full monthly rent is 455 EUR (warm, including Internet and TV/radio tax or GEZ). The security deposit is 800 EUR.

Después de un año haciendo prácticas en Alemania, Esther se vuelve a España y es por eso que buscamos un/una nuevo/a compañero/a de piso :)
La habitación es espaciosa y está equipada con algunos muebles. Tiene una cama, un sofá, una mesita de noche, un armario y una silla. Gracias a los dos grandes ventanales, tendrás suficiente luz en cualquier momento del día. El piso se encuentra en la quinta planta de un edificio de apartamentos en buen estado (con ascensor). También dispone de un sótano y una plaza de aparcamiento en el subterráneo del edificio. El baño y la cocina también están equipados con todas las necesidades, incluyendo lavadora y lavavajillas.
El alquiler mensual completo es de 455 EUR (todos los gastos incluidos, incluyendo Internet y tasa de televisión/radio o GEZ). La fianza es de 800 EUR.
The location of the flat is perfect. It is a 3 minute walk from the Heidelberg train station. However, the flat is very quiet due to the fact that it overlooks Betriebshof. The Flixbus stop is also only a few meters away. In the immediate vicinity there are many supermarkets (Kaufland, Edeka and Aldi) as well as restaurants and bars. Furthermore, the Neckarwiese is only a few minutes away :)

La ubicación del piso es perfecta. Está a 3 minutos andando de la estación de tren de Heidelberg. Sin embargo, el piso es muy tranquilo debido a que da al Betriebshof. La parada de Flixbus también está a solo unos metros de distancia. En las inmediaciones hay muchos supermercados (Kaufland, Edeka y Aldi), así como restaurantes y bares. Además, el Neckarwiese está a solo unos minutos de distancia :)
Your flatmates will be Paula (29) and Iván (34). Paula is from Chile and after living some years in Ireland moved to Germany to study a Master's degree in International Health at the Uni Heidelberg. Iván is from Spain and after working as a lecturer for 3 years at the Uni Heidelberg, he is now studying German and finishing a Master's degree in Translation and Interpreting. Both are super open-minded, nice, tidy and friendly people.
We speak Spanish, English and a bit of German. We meet from time to time for dinner in the kitchen (depending on our schedules), or otherwise spontaneously when it comes up. Life in the WG is very relaxed and we usually talk openly about our day-to-day things while having a tea or a beer.
Some weekends when we have nothing to do we go out for a drink or go on trips to visit cool towns and places in the area.
We are looking for a nice, friendly, tidy and open-minded flatmate.

Tus compañeros de piso serán Paula (29) e Iván (34). Paula es de Chile y después de vivir unos años en Irlanda se vino a Alemania para estudiar un máster en sanidad internacional en la Uni de Heidelberg. Iván es de España y después de trabajar 3 años de profesor en la Uni de Heidelberg, ahora está estudiando alemán y terminando un máster en traducción e interpretación. Los dos somos personas super tolerantes, majas, ordenadas y amigables. Hablamos español, inglés y un poco de alemán. De vez en cuando nos reunimos para cenar en la cocina (dependiendo claro está de nuestros horarios), o de forma espontánea cuando surge. La vida en el piso es muy relajada y solemos hablar abiertamente de nuestros problemas del día a día mientras tomamos un té o una cerveza.
Algunos fines de semana, si no tenemos nada que hacer, salimos a tomar algo o hacemos excursiones para visitar pueblos o lugares chulos por la zona.
Estamos buscando un/a compañero/a de piso majo, amigable, ordenado y tolerante.
