Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und ruhig. Unsere Wohnung liegt in einer Nebenstraße und das große Zimmerfenster zeigt zum Hinterhof und hat Westausrichtung, sodass ab Mittags bis in den Abend viel Licht in das Zimmer kommt. Es ist möbliert, kann aber natürlich je nach Belieben selbst möbliert werden. Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau und hat einen sehr schönen, breiten Dielenboden und hohe Decken, weshalb die kleine Zimmergröße nicht so sehr ins Gewicht fällt und das Raumgefühl trotzdem sehr angenehm ist.
Im Zimmer steht momentan ein Bett, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch und eine Garderobe. Im Flur der WG steht außerdem eine große Kommode extra für dieses Zimmer als zusätzlicher Stauraum zur Verfügung.
Dachboden und Kellerabteil sind für weitere Sachen ebenso vorhanden.
Wichtig: Das Zimmer ist nur für 2 Monate verfügbar (Februar und März 2024)

The room is very bright and quiet. Our apartment is on a side street and the large window faces the backyard and is west-facing, so there is a lot of light in the room from midday until the evening. It is furnished, but of course you can furnish it yourself if you wish. The apartment is an old building and has a very nice, wide floorboard and high ceilings, which is why the small size of the room is not that important and the feeling of space is still very pleasant.
The room currently has a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, chair and a coat rack. In the hallway of the shared apartment there is also a large chest of drawers especially for this room as additional storage space.
The attic and basement compartment are also available for other things.
Important: The room is available only for 2 months(Feb and March 2024)

Die Wohnung ist in der Nordstadt in einer Seitenstraße der Pirckheimer Straße und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Stadtpark (50 m). Zur FAU Fakultät WiSo sind es ca. 10 Min zu Fuß, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in maximal 10 Min zu Fuß erreichbar (Rewe, Edeka, Norma). Die Innenstadt ist auch absolut in bequemer Reichweite (ca. 15 Min zu Fuß).
Die Wohnung liegt trotz ihrer zentralen Lage in der Nordstadt sehr ruhig, da zur einen Seite ein schöner, idyllischer Hinterhof mit Bäumen und auf der anderen Seite eine wenig befahrene Seitenstraße ist.
Auch für Kulturliebhaber ist etwas geboten, da sich in unserem Haus ein Kulturzentrum(Kuno) befindet, welches im Hinterhof regelmäßig Veranstaltungen (Ausstellungen, Konzerte) organisiert.
Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist perfekt, die U-Bahnstationen Maxfeld und Rennweg liegen jeweils maximal 5 Gehminuten entfernt, Bushaltestellen sind ebenfalls in direkter Nachbarschaft.

The apartment is in the north of the city in a side street off Pirckheimer Strasse and in the immediate vicinity of the city park (50 m). It is about a 10-minute walk to the FAU Faculty WiSo, and many shops are also within a maximum of 10-minutes on foot (Rewe, Edeka, Norma). The city center is also absolutely within easy reach (about 15 minutes on foot).
Despite its central location in Nordstadt, the apartment is very quiet, as there is a beautiful, idyllic backyard with trees on one side and a side street with little traffic on the other.
There is also something for culture lovers, as there is a cultural center in our house(Kuno), which regularly organizes events (exhibitions, concerts) in the backyard.
The connection to public transport is perfect, the underground stations Maxfeld and Rennweg are each a maximum of 5 minutes' walk away, bus stops are also in the immediate vicinity.

Unser Mitbewohner Marina zieht aus dieser tollen WG aus und wir (Jose und Ihti) suchen jetzt nach einem neuen WG-Roomi :)
Wir sind eine internationale und freundliche WG, gelegentlich wird zusammen gekocht und gequatscht aber jeder geht auch seinen eigenen Hobbies und Interessen nach.
In unserer WG ist Englisch unsere Hauptsprache, aber du kannst gerne mit Jose sprechen. Wir sind zwar nicht fließend in Deutsch, aber wir lernen und können die Grundlagen verstehen und sprechen.

Our flatmate Marina is moving out of this great shared flat and we (Jose and Ihti) are now looking for a new flatmate :)
We are quiet an international and a friendly WG, occasionally we cook and chat together, but everyone also pursues their own hobbies and interests.
We mainly speak English in our WG but you can also practice your Spanish with Jose. While we are not fluent in German, we are learning and can understand and speak the basics. :)
