There is one room available in our shared apartment in Stuttgart West.
The large room (approx. 21sqm) costs 680€, and the other room is occupied by working girl (24).
2 residents share this 70m² apartment (3 rooms), a kitchen, a large living room and the bathroom with a shower. The toilet is separate.
Theres a 425€ payment for the existing furniture and tools around the house.
The room is rented empty, but the old tenant has a bed, closet and a couch which could be taken over by arrangement.
All rooms have large windows, are very bright, closed and accessible from the hallway.
The bathroom has a shower, a sink and the cupboards.
The toilet with window and sink is separate and accessible from the hallway.
All additional costs are included in the rent:
Electricity, heating, water, property tax, garbage fees and all other public taxes, internet WiFi.
The house is very quiet but centrally located and close to the Ubahn Station (Arndt/spittastrasse) in a new building.
The terrace is communal and located behind the building.
The U-Bahn is about a 3-minute walk away, and the subway is also within walking distance.
Stuttgart city center and HBF can be reached in just a few minutes.
By bike it takes about 8 minutes.
All kinds of shopping opportunities are also within a few minutes' walk.

You will live in an apartment with one other resident.
