ich suche eine(n) NachmieterIn für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung, Altbau mit wunderschönen hohen Decken (>3m) in unmittelbarer Uni-Nähe (Rotherbaum).
Die Decke ist mit stilvollem Stuck ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei große Fenster, die die Wohnung mit Licht durchfluten. Besonders schön ist auch der Holzdielenboden im Fischgrätenmuster. Die Küchenzeile befindet sich im Zimmer und ist mit einem Kühlschrank und einer Spüle ausgestattet. Zudem gibt es zwei Schränke mit integriertem Licht. Das Bad und WC sind in zwei separaten Räumen im Flur zu finden und werden mit einer weiteren Person geteilt.
Die Wohnung kostet warm ca. 500 Euro* (inkl. aller Nebenkosten und Strom).
Die Wohnung wird möbliert/teilmöbliert angeboten. Schrank und Couch gehören zur Wohnung als Grundausstattung dazu. Weitere Möbel werden für eine Ablösesumme erworben (Bedingung für die Anmietung).

Hello all,
I am looking for a new tenant for my 1-room apartment, old building with beautiful high ceilings (>3m) in the immediate vicinity of the university (Rotherbaum).
The ceiling is equipped with stylish stucco. There are two large windows that flood the apartment with light. The wooden floorboards in herringbone pattern are also particularly beautiful. The kitchenette is located in the room and is equipped with a refrigerator and a sink. There are also two cupboards with integrated light. The bathroom and toilet are in two separate rooms in the hallway and are shared with another person.
The apartment costs warm 500 euros* (including all utilities and electricity).
The apartment is offered furnished/partly furnished. Wardrobe and couch belong to the apartment as basic equipment. Additional furniture will be purchased for a redemption sum (condition for renting).
*May vary slightly (but not much) due to new contract.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Grindelviertel und ist somit sehr zentral gelegen. Mehrere Busstationen sind 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die nächste U-Bahn Hallerstrasse ist zu Fuß ca. 10 min entfernt. Im Sommer kann man nahezu überall innerhalb von 10-15min mit dem Fahrrad hinkommen. Für Studenten ist die Lage ideal, da Uni, Bibliothek etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe liegen.
In unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 2-3min zu Fuß) befinden sich auch alle relevanten Geschäfte (Netto, Edeka, Budni, Asia Shop, Bäcker, Restaurants, Obst- und Gemüsehändler etc.).

The apartment is located in the Grindelviertel and is therefore very centrally located. Several bus stations are within 3 min walking distance. The nearest subway Hallerstrasse is about 10 min away on foot. In summer, you can get almost everywhere within 10-15min by bike. For students the location is ideal, because university, library etc. are in the immediate vicinity.
In the immediate vicinity (about 2-3min walk) are also all relevant stores (Netto, Edeka, Budni, Asia Shop, baker, restaurants, fruit and vegetable vendors, etc.).
