Wir haben ein großes, wunderschönes WG-Zimmer für dich frei! Ab dem 1. Februar kannst du für ein halbes Jahr bei uns einziehen und in einem 30 qm großen Altbau-Traum wohnen. Das Zimmer ist hell, hat drei Fenster, Stuck an der Decke und viele Pflanzen, die es richtig gemütlich machen.
We have a large, beautiful shared room available for you! From February 1, you can move in with us for six months and live in a 30 m² dream of an old building. The room is bright, has three windows, stucco on the ceiling and lots of plants to make it really cozy.
Die Wohnung liegt in perfekter Lage mit guter Anbindung durch die Straßenbahnlinie 4 sowie die Buslinien 70 und 60.
Der Friedenspark und der Lene-Voigt-Park sind gleich um die Ecke. Außerdem bist du für spontane Hungerattacken bestens versorgt – direkt unter uns gibt es einen Dönerladen, und der nächste Supermarkt ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt.
The apartment is in a perfect location with good connections via TRAM line 4 and bus lines 70 and 60.
Friedenspark and Lene-Voigt-Park are just around the corner. You are also well catered for spontaneous hunger pangs - there is a kebab store directly below us and the nearest supermarket is just a few steps away.
Wir sind eine entspannte und herzliche WG. Alles läuft bei uns unkompliziert ab, ohne feste Regeln, aber wir verbringen gerne mal Zeit in der Küche zusammen – sei es für einen Kaffee, ein Kochabenteuer oder einfach nur zum Quatschen. Trotzdem hat jede ihren Freiraum, und das respektieren wir sehr. Ein großes Highlight unserer Wohnung ist der Flur, der viel Platz bietet, und unser Badezimmer, das mit seinen vielen Pflanzen fast wie ein kleiner Dschungel wirkt.
We are a relaxed and friendly flat share. Everything is uncomplicated, with no fixed rules, but we like to spend time together in the kitchen - whether it's for a coffee, a cooking adventure or just to chat. Nevertheless, everyone has their own space and we respect that very much. A big highlight of our apartment is the hallway, which offers plenty of space, and our bathroom, which almost looks like a small jungle with its many plants.
Für das Zimmer und unsere Gemeinschaft zahlst du 300 Euro im Monat. Uns ist wichtig zu betonen, dass wir uns als offene WG verstehen und keinen Platz für diskriminierende oder rechte Ansichten haben.
