I rent a 15 m2 room in my apartment in Rahlstedt. The room is located on the 3rd floor and is ideal for students or interns looking for a quiet and pleasant environment. The apartment is just a 15-minute walk from Oldenfelde Metro Station, and bus stops of lines 176 and 16 (Bekassinenau bus stop) are also nearby.
The furnished room includes a bed, a wardrobe and a desk. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and also has a washing machine available.
Nearby you will find the popular Rahlstedt weekly market with fresh products as well as the Rahlstedter Kulturwochen with diverse events such as concerts and theatre performances. The Höltigbaum nature reserve invites you to take a relaxing walk while the historic village centre of Rahlstedt invites you to stay with cosy cafés. The modern Rahlstedt-Center offers many shops and restaurants for shopping and handling.

ich vermiete ein 15 m² großes Zimmer in meiner Wohnung in Rahlstedt. Das Zimmer befindet sich im 3. Stock und ist ideal für Studenten oder Praktikanten, die eine ruhige und angenehme Umgebung suchen. Die Wohnung ist nur 15 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Station Oldenfelde entfernt, und Bushaltestellen der Linien 176 und 16 (Bushaltestelle Bekassinenau) sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Das möblierte Zimmer umfasst ein Bett, einen Schrank und einen Schreibtisch. Die gemeinschaftlich genutzte Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Kochutensilien und verfügt zudem über eine Waschmaschine, die zur Verfügung steht.
In der Nähe finden Sie den beliebten Rahlstedter Wochenmarkt mit frischen Produkten sowie die Rahlstedter Kulturwochen mit vielfältigen Veranstaltungen wie Konzerten und Theateraufführungen. Geographically, Rahlstedt borders in the north on Schleswig-Holstein, in the east on Tonndorf, in the south on Jenfeld and in the west on Wandsbek.
The history of Rahlstedt dates back to the 13th century. Since the congregation to Hamburg in 1937, the district has steadily evolved. Today Rahlstedt is an attractive residential area with a variety of detached houses, multi-family houses and modern residential areas.
