This is one of the largest rooms in our home—located on the ground floor with tall ceilings, big windows, and beautiful wooden floors. It’s bright, peaceful, and has easy access to the kitchen, Wintergarden, and hallway with our beloved costume collection.

Perfect for one person who likes spacious living, or two people (friends/partners) who want to live together.
The base rent stays the same for two, but utilities will be slightly higher to cover the extra person.

The room can be taken over furnished or unfurnished, based on what works best for you.

📍 Location

We’re centrally located in Kleve:
-5 minutes to the train station
-10 minutes to Hochschule Rhein-Waal
- Supermarkets, parks, and nature spots nearby

We're next to a kindergarten, so you’ll hear some daytime joy. The rest of the neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

🏡 About the Poolhouse

Our house is known as the Poolhouse—not just for the (empty) pool in the basement that sometimes hosts fun events—but because it’s a place full of energy, creativity, and connection.

We live communally and value openness, honesty, and joy in our shared spaces. The house includes:
- A Wintergarden where we chill, eat, and gather
-A sunny front garden for relaxing or sunbathing
-A flower and herb garden
-A balcony and terrace for summer lounging

Communal costumes, instruments, and shared laughter

It’s a lively house—sometimes with guests, music, and shared meals—but also a place where people respect each other’s need for quiet and space.

💫 Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who enjoys shared living and wants to contribute to a positive, caring environment. You might be a good fit if you:

Are open-minded, LGBTQ+ friendly, and communicative

Are okay with shared cleaning and occasional house projects

Want to bring your energy into the house (cooking, jamming, gardening, tea talks...)

Are either moving in alone or with someone else you’re already close to
