🛏 The Room

A cozy room on the ground floor with two windows on different sides, a beautiful wooden floor, and high ceilings. It gets great natural light and has a calm, grounded energy—perfect for someone who wants a warm and peaceful space to call home.

There’s a window connecting the room to the Wintergarden, which brings in extra light and, on rainy days, the peaceful sound of drops on the glass roof. For privacy, we have curtains and shutters, of course.

The room can be taken over semi-furnished or unfurnished, depending on your needs.

📍 Location

We’re in the heart of Kleve:

- 5 minutes from the train station
- 10 minutes to Hochschule Rhein-Waal
- Supermarkets and shops close by
- A peaceful park with a stream and animals just one street away
- Next to us is a kindergarten—so you’ll hear the occasional burst of joyful noise during the day. The rest of the neighborhood is friendly and quiet.

🏡 About the Poolhouse

The "Poolhouse" is a creative, open-minded shared home with communal living at its core. Our 180-year-old house has lots of character and shared spaces, including:

- A beautiful Wintergarden for shared meals, lounging, and projects
- A sunny front garden for hanging out or sunbathing
- A flower and herb garden
- A balcony and a terrace with space to chill or grow things

We live here as a community, sharing meals, music, laughter, ideas, and care. There’s always something happening—whether it’s cooking together, action days to clean or garden, spontaneous jam sessions, or relaxed nights under the stars. Everyone has their own rhythm, and we respect alone time too.
