Wir sind ein BIJPoC+FLINTA fokussierten Hausprojekt. 7 Menschen wohnen hier.
--------ENGLISH-------
We are a BIJPoC+FLINTA focused Houseprojekt with two free rooms to offer. 5 people already live in the house.
The house is big and old. On the one hand, this offers a lot of space and possibilities; for example, we have a workshop in the basement and a lot of storage space. On the other hand, it also means a lot of improvisation and repair. It's a two-story house with stairs, so it's not wheelchair-accessible. And for people with strong allergies or respiratory diseases, the house is probably not so well suited.
The rooms have high walls and a self made platform, so there is lots of space to be used.
The room can only be heated with a oven. We organize wood together, for this winter there already is some. :)
We are here on the outskirts of the town with the Thinwald Forest and two lakes in close proximity, and there is also Tram 4, with which you will be at Wiener Platz in Mühlheim in 15 minutes.
We are on the outskirts of the city with the Kleinewalder Forst and two lakes nearby, and there is the tram 4, which takes you to Wiener Platz in Mühlheim in 15 minutes.

WARUM GDP
We are currently a mixed-inhabited house of a majority of GDPoC, as well as three white-positioned persons. It is the current desire/process of the group to create a non-white-dominated living space, so that priority will be given to looking for BIPoC for the rooms that continue to be free. Many queer and trans* people live in the WG, so we need to raise awareness about this.
We are a GDPoC and FLINTA-focused house projec, which means that we are all affected by discrimination wisely and expect from all residents a critical discussion and sensitive handling of these issues.
We want to be a save space for BIPoC and FLINTA, which also means dealing with our own privileges and internalized -isms and being open to criticism.
A house means to which that is much to do, we have once a week plenum, need to repair and wish us new people who also want to actively shape living space with us together to make house related things.
The people in the house have very different interests to go after, some of us wages and are almost always there, others are often gone and when they are there much in the house at the Rum-Rödeln.
WHERE
We're an eight-headed, pretty collapsed pile, between 24 and 33, and a dog. Some of us are trans and/or non-binary, so it is important to us that you are sensitive to queere/LGBTIAQ* topics
and pronouns are respected. We are politically involved in different ways and deal with topics such as queerfeminism, antiracism and climate justice. Mostly we do this individually, sometimes as a group.
Some of us feed exclusively vegan, but not all. Therefore, we have agreed to cook as vegan as possible (which can also escalate culinaryly) and have rather few animal products in the house. Meat is not actually cooked.
Life can be very different with us: on some days, our door is constantly moving up and down, because so much visit is stuck through the door, on others all are crumbling into their rooms or are on the way. But we always like to have breakfast together and talk to the kitchen table. We are often on the go together or spontaneously start various activities.
We are definitely looking forward to a new cohabitation, where desire for community!
We'll be happy if you want to live with us.
Would you like to write something to you?
See you soon

WHY GDP
Currently we are a mixed balancing house of BIPoC as well as three white eyes people. It is the current desire of the group to create a less white-dominated living space, so we are prioritizing BIPoC. There are a lot of queer and trans* people living in the house share, so that a sensitization in this regard is a requirement for us to move in.
We are a BIPoC and FLINTA focused houseproject, which means that all of us experience some kind of discrimination and expect all of the people in the house that they
expect a critical discussion and sensitive handling of these topics from all residents.
We want to be a save space for BIPoC and FLINTA, which means that everyone should reflect on their privileges and internalized "-cism" and be able to work with critical feedback.
With a house comes work, we have weekly bulk, things need to be fixed ones in a while and we wish for new housemates who want to work on and on the house with us.
The people in the house have different interests, some of us work and are in the house regular, some travel a lot but their there they are there a lot and putting a lot of energy in the house as well.
WHO
We are a bunch of eight people, pretty mixed up,
between 24 and 33, and a dog. A few of us are trans and/or non-binary, so it's important to us that you are sensitive to queer/LGBTIAQ* topics and that pronouns are respected. We are politically involved in different ways and deal with issues such as queer feminism, anti-racism, and climate justice. Mainly we do this individually, sometimes as a group.
We pay an average of 350 euros per room, but we try to redistribute the rent in solidarity. This amount also includes the common food fund, from which we buy vegan food. But we try to dumpster dive a lot.
Some of us eat exclusively vegan, but not all of us. Therefore, we have agreed to cook as vegan as (which can sometimes escalate culinary) and to have rather few animal products in the house. Meat is usually not cooked.
Life can be very different with us: Some days our door is constantly opening and closing because so many visitors poke their heads through the door, while on others everyone hunkers down in their rooms or is out and about. But we often like to have breakfast together and chat at the kitchen table. Often we are out together or spontaneously start something.
We look forward in any case to a new house mate, who is up for community!
We would be happy if you would like to live with us.
Please write a little bit about yourself so we can get to know you a bit.

WARUM BIPoC
