I am looking for a sub-rent for my small townhouse in Cologne-Mauenheim, a very quiet neighborhood in the north of Cologne. Around the corner is a bus stop, from which a bus goes to the subway and from there you are very fast in the city centre. By public transport it is about 20 minutes or 15 minutes. by bike or car.

The total rent of 1,400 € warm a month refers to the rental of one to 2 persons and also includes a cleaning woman who comes to clean every 2 weeks. Bicycles for rent would also be included. Visitors are welcome at any time.

Ich suche eine/n UntermieterIn für mein kleines Reihenhaus in Köln-Mauenheim, einem sehr ruhigen Stadtteil im Norden von Köln. Um die Ecke ist direkt eine Bushaltestelle, von der ein Bus zur U-Bahn fährt und von dort ist man ganz schnell in der Innenstadt. Bis zum Dom sind es mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ca. 20 min. oder 15 min. mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto.

Die Gesamtmiete von 1.400 € warm im Monat bezieht sich auf die Anmietung von ein bis 2 Personen und beinhaltet auch eine Putzfrau, die alle 2 Wochen zum putzen kommt. Fahrräder zum Ausleihen wäre auch dabei. Besucher sind natürlich jederzeit willkommen.
