The apartment is located in the Jungbusch/innenstadt district in Mannheimer Quadrat D4. The tram stop “Rathaus/rem” is a 3-minute walk away. The Mannheim Central Station is about 10 minutes away. The University of Mannheim and other universities in the city as well as Heidelberg, Ludwigshafen, Stuttgart and Frankfurt are very easy to reach.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Jungbusch/Innenstadt im Mannheimer Quadrat D4. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle „Rathaus/rem“ ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Mannheimer Hauptbahnhof ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Die Universität Mannheim und andere Hochschulen in der Stadt sowie Heidelberg, Ludwigshafen, Stuttgart und Frankfurt sind sehr gut zu erreichen.

The flat is located in Jungbusch/city centre in Mannheim's Quadrat D4 district. The ‘Rathaus/rem’ tram stop is a 3-minute walk away. Mannheim Central Station is approx. 10 minutes away. We like to keep order and keep the common rooms (especially kitchen and bathroom) clean.
Since we have no dishwasher, you wash your dishes with your hand.

If you have never cleaned a bath or are not willing to learn it, this offer may not be for you ;)

You need to keep your own room clean and help when we clean the common rooms together.

We pull out our shoes before we enter the apartment, and you must not walk in the apartment with the same shoes you wear on the street - so just bring a slippers with ;)

Otherwise, you are cordially invited to cook, eat or go out with us if you want.

We like to keep things tidy and keep the communal areas (especially the kitchen and bathrooms) clean.
As we do not have a dishwasher, you will wash your dishes by hand.

If you have never cleaned a bathroom before or are not willing to learn this offer may not be for you ;)

You must keep your own room clean and must join in when we clean the communal areas together.

We take off our shoes before entering the flat and you cannot walk inside the house with the same shoes you wear on the street. Please adjust yourself and just bring some homeshoes ;)

Otherwise, you are welcome to cook, eat or go out with us if you like.

Wir halten gerne Ordnung und halten die Gemeinschaftsräume (vor allem Küche und Bad) sauber.
Da wir keine Spülmaschine haben, spülst Du dein Geschirr mit der Hand.

Wenn du noch nie ein Bad geputzt hast oder nicht bereit bist, es zu lernen, ist dieses Angebot vielleicht nichts für dich ;)

Du musst dein eigenes Zimmer sauber halten und mithelfen, wenn wir die Gemeinschaftsräume gemeinsam putzen.

Wir ziehen unsere Schuhe aus, bevor wir die Wohnung betreten, und Du darfst daher in der Wohnung nicht mit den gleichen Schuhen laufen, die Du auf der Straße trägst - also bring einfach ein Hausschuhe mit ;)

Ansonsten bist Du herzlich eingeladen, mit uns zu kochen, zu essen oder auszugehen, wenn Du möchtest.
