Die Wohnung liegt im EG im Vorderhaus mit Balkon richtung Hof. Die beiden Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und liegen auch beide richtung Hof. Das 1.Zimmer besitzt Balkonzugang und geht direkt vom Flur ab (Durchgangszimmer). Dadurch ist die Wohnung nur eingeschränkt für WGs geeignet.
Das kleine aber feine Wannenbad ist vom Flur zugänglich.
Die modern eingerichtete Küche bietet viel Platz zum Kochen (genug Platz für eine kleine Essecke) und hat eine vom Vermieter gestellte Einbauküche.

We are looking for a new tenant for 01/06/2015 our beautiful new apartment in the popular neighborhood of Neukölln.
The apartment is on the ground floor in the front building with a balcony towards the courtyard. The two rooms are spacious and are also both direction Hof. The 1st room has a balcony and access goes directly from the hallway from (interconnecting room). Thus, the apartment is only limited suitability for potential roommates.
