Da ich für längere Zeit verreist bin suche ich einen zuverlässigen und vertrauenswürdigen Mitbewohner für meine kleine Wohnung. Diese ist komplett eingerichtet. Küche: Herd und Backofen, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Dusche.
Wohn/Schlafzimmer: Schlafcouch (sehr bequem), Schrankwand, Bücherregal, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, 5 Lampen, 4 Sessel/Stühle.
Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und ich bin zu faul all meine Besitztümer in den Keller zu tragen. Daher sollte ein Interessent bereit sein, alles mitzubenutzen und sorgfältig damit umzugehen.
Die nächste U-Bahnstation ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die S-Bahn in 8 Minuten. Der Haupnachteil der Wohnung ist Außenklo. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in naher Umgebung (ALDI, Lidl, Bio Company).
