This bright and spacious flat is equipped with everything you need and is very situated to Tempelhofer Feld, Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Mitte. Bus, subway, S-Bahn are very close! I sublet to 1-2 quiet people (close friends, couple etc.). You`ll have 1 bedroom (bed 140-200 cm), 1 living room (both rooms 23qm each), kitchen and bathroom at your disposal. The flat has 2 further rooms, which can ́t be used. Most of the time you will have the flat to grasp, it may be that we (my 2 kids and I) are there for 2-3 days in between (but of course we will let you know in advance and then use the 2 other rooms).
If necessary, we have 1-2 bikes that you could use for the time being.

Diese helle und geräumige Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was ihr so braucht und ist sehr zentral gelegen zum Tempelhofer Feld, Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Mitte. Bus, Ibahn, S bahn sind in nächster Umgebung! Ich vermiete an 1-2 ruhige Personen. Du/ihr habt 1 Schlafzimmer (Bett 140-200 cm), 1 Wohnzimmer ( beide Zimmer je 23qm2) , Küche und Bad zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung hat zwei 2 weitere Zimmer, die jedoch nicht genutzt werden können. Die meiste Zeit habt ihr die Wohnung für Euch alleine, es kann sein, dass wir (meine 2 Kids und ich zwischendurch einmal 2-3 Tage da sind (das sagen wir aber vorher an und nutzen dann die 2 weiteren Räume).
Bei Bedarf haben wir 1-2 Fahrräder, die ihr gerne für die Zeit nutzen könntet.
