Sehr helle Wohnung mit Balkon zur Zwischenmiete in Sprengelkiez, Wedding

Liebe Wohnungssuchende,

wir vermieten unsere tolle Dachgeschosswohnung mit großem Balkon ab 15. August 2021 - 31. Januar 2022. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll möbliert und in absoluter Top-Lage im wunderschönen Sprengelkiez. Der Sprengelkiez befindet sich am Nordufer und es befinden sich viele Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars im Kiez. Der Plötzensee und die Rehberge sind um die Ecke auch das Virchow-Klinikum und die Beuth-Hochschule ist in der Nachbarschaft.

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend. Der Bus 142 fährt direkt vor dem Haus innerhalb von 15 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Amrumer Straße liegt an der U9 und verbindet den Wedding in wenigen Minuten mit dem Kurfürstendamm. Der Leopoldplatz (U6, U9) ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar und bietet noch mehr Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die S+U-Bahnhaltestelle Wedding (U6, S41, S42, S46) ist fußläufig in 12 Minuten erreichbar.

Die Maisonette-Wohnung hat zwei Wohnbereiche. Unten befindet sich der Wohn-/ Arbeitsbereich, die Küche, das Bad und der tolle Südbalkon. Oben befindet sich der Schlafbereich. Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet und fast komplett uneinsehbar, da sie im 5. Obergeschoss ist (ohne Aufzug – dafür kostenloses Sportprogramm ;)). Die Wohnung ist ein Nicht-Raucherhaushalt. Die Wohnung hat keine seperaten Räume, da es eine offene Maisonette-Wohnung ist (siehe Bilder). Daher ist die Wohnung ideal für Paare geeignet.

Die Wohnung kostet 1000 € Miete pro Monat alles inklusive. Natürlich gibt es Internet, eine Waschmaschine, aber auch einen Geschirrspüler und Soda Stream zum benutzen. Als Kaution möchten wir gerne 1000 € haben, die ihr natürlich beim Auszug zurück bekommt.

Es gibt nicht viele Pflanzen, aber es wäre wunderbar, wenn unsere Riesenkakteen einmal im Monat etwas Wasser bekämen ;).

Unsere Hausverwaltung hätte gerne bei erfolgreicher Zwischenmiete eine Kopie des Personalausweises und wenn möglich eine Schufa (request now) -Auskunft.

Very bright flat with balcony for subletting in Sprengelkiez, Wedding

Dear apartment hunters,

We rent our beautiful top floor flat with a large balcony from August 15, 2021 to January 31, 2022. The apartment is lovingly furnished and in an absolute top location in the beautiful Sprengelkiez. The Sprengelkiez is in Nordufer and there are many restaurants, shops and bars in the neighborhood. Plötzensee and Rehberge are around the corner and the Virchow-Klinikum and Beuth-Hochschule are in the neighborhood.

The traffic connection is excellent. Bus 142 goes directly from the front of the house to the main train station in 15 minutes. Amrumer Straße (U9) connects Wedding with Kurfürstendamm in just a few minutes. Leopoldplatz (U6, U9) can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and offers even more shopping opportunities. Wedding (U6, S41, S42, S46) can be reached on foot in 12 minutes.

The maisonette has two living areas. Downstairs is the living / working area, the kitchen, the bathroom and the south-facing balcony. The sleeping area is upstairs. The apartment is flooded with light and almost completely hidden from view, as it is on the 5th floor (no elevator - free sports program for that;)). It is a non-smoking house. The apartment has no separate rooms, as it is an open maisonette apartment (see pictures). Therefore, the apartment is ideal for couples.

The apartment costs € 1000 rent per month, all inclusive. Of course there is internet, a washing machine, but also a dishwasher and soda stream to use. We would like to have 1000 € as a deposit, which you will of course get back when you move out.

Anmeldung is possible!

There aren't many plants, but it would be wonderful if our giant cacti could get some water once a month;).
