my name is Fabienne, I am 18 years old and urgently seek a small apartment in Cologne by August at the latest. From August I visit the evening school, which is very important to me and is a big step for my future.

In addition to the school, I work in the gastronomy on a mini-job basis. Since my income is not enough, the rent is taken over by the job center. All necessary documents including clean Schufa (request now) information and more up-to-date information are fully available.

Unfortunately, I do not receive family support either financially or organizationally. All the more important for me is a stable home where I can rest and focus on my schooling.

I am a quiet, neat and reliable renter. If you rent a small apartment or know someone who can help me out, I would be very happy to receive a message.

mein Name ist Fabienne, ich bin 18 Jahre alt und suche dringend bis spätestens August eine kleine Wohnung in Köln der Stadtteil ist mir egal. Ab August besuche ich die Abendschule, was mir sehr wichtig ist und ein großer Schritt für meine Zukunft bedeutet.

Neben der Schule arbeite ich in der Gastronomie auf Minijob-Basis. Da mein Einkommen nicht ausreicht, wird die Miete vom Jobcenter übernommen. Alle nötigen Unterlagen inklusive sauberer Schufa-Auskunft und aktueller Bescheide sind vollständig vorhanden.

Leider bekomme ich keine familiäre Unterstützung weder finanziell noch organisatorisch. Umso wichtiger ist für mich ein stabiles Zuhause, an dem ich zur Ruhe kommen und mich auf meine Schulbildung konzentrieren kann.

Ich bin eine ruhige, ordentliche und zuverlässige Mieterin. Falls Sie eine kleine Wohnung vermieten oder jemanden kennen, der mir weiterhelfen kann, würde ich mich sehr über eine Nachricht freuen.
